At Smartek, we use only genuine spare parts while repairing your damaged devices. We believe that genuine parts have longer shell life and better performance. Other locally available copy do not have a great life and can also slow down your smartphone's performance. Genuine parts are high on quality and functioning and we only invest in original spare parts.

Peace of Mind Warranty

There is no service charge on concerns/complaints on repairs that are raised within 15 days of delivery of device. However, even after 15 days, we provide our Customers as either cost price or discounted price.

FAQ Question 1: What if my phone is not switching on?

Mobiles/Tablet in switched off state would be treated as dead mobile and the actual cost of repair would only be confirmed after carrying out a diagnosis. USD$3 to $5 depending on the model would be charged for diagnosis and this amount is non-refundable.

FAQ Question 2: What will happen to my data?

We at Smartek understand how vital your personal data is and that is why we request all to take a backup before leaving your phone at our premises. All devices are safe in our custody.

FAQ Question 3: Is there a warranty on the repair service undertaken by Smartek

1.Repairs of liquid damage or water damage phones do not carry any warranty. 2.Warranty for all repairs other than Touch & LCD is 15 days from the time device has been delivered to you. 3.For Touch/LCD repairs, Smartek provides a service warranty of 30 days from the time mobile has been delivered. 4.The warranty only covers the issues/components which were fixed by Smartek. Any other issues with other components not serviced by Smartek will not be covered under warranty. 5.Warranty does not include cover of any breakage/damage caused by external environment after a mobile has been delivered.

FAQ Question 4: Would you return my money if you can't fix my device ?

We have a team of certified and highly experienced professionals, who are expert at their work. Our capability in repairing devices is second to none but in case we are not able to repair the fault then you will be eligible for a refund.
